I am directed by Viscount ¡¡mlifax to thank you for

your letter No. T\/CC/48 of the 6th June, regarding the

transmission of teleɣrams on League of Nations business from

Indo-China to Geneva at privileged rates.

2. In the li:hs of your company's reply it has been

suggested to the competent official of the League of Nations

that he should approach the French and wiss authorities with

a view to securing from then the same generous rates for these

telegrams on their section of the cable route, as your company

are prepared to accord.
